Biography
I earned my law degree from The University of Texas School of Law in 2006 and went straight to work as a prosecutor for the City of Austin. I cut my teeth on everything from traffic tickets to code violations before moving to the Travis County Attorney’s Office, where I spent most of my career. Over the years I worked my way up to Assistant Director of Criminal Operations. Later, at the Travis County District Attorney’s Office, I led the Diversion Division, focusing on programs that give people a chance to turn things around.
I started Baeza Law PLLC to stand with people at their most vulnerable moments, offering clear guidance, steady advocacy, and real defense. My goal is simple: fight for dignity, fairness, and second chances, and make sure justice isn’t just promised on paper but actually happens.
I live in South Austin with my husband and our two kids. When I’m not at work, I’m usually listening to audiobooks or finding new ways to keep up with them.
